Early days with this monitor screen and camera but the initial set up is incredibly simple.Many settings in the monitor menu, including movement alert, noise alerts with sensitivity levels and remote camera operation. Connects to internet to view on your phone.The monitor is about the size of a decent smart phone and the camera has two "antenna" and resembles a little alien character. They are both in a very nice sage / duck egg green colour and appears to be well made and a decent quality. The camera is able to be moved by remote control approx. 360' and also tilts up and down so it able to be used in various ways.My only small issue was the length of the usb / usb c charging cable. I opted for a stand alone mount away from the cot and the cable was not long enough to reach the 240v socket when I wanted to use the stand at full height and I needed to lower the stand to 3/4 height. I have ordered a new charging cable and this should solve this issue.

I’ve only just set up the BOIFUN baby monitor, but the installation was quick and straightforward. The video quality is impressive, providing a clear picture day and night. One thing to note is that to use the playback recording feature, you’ll need to have an SD card, which isn’t included. Overall, it’s a promising start and the monitor seems well-made.

Summary - Good camera with relatively easy to use functionality. Needs some work on a user guide and a better camera would be good if you want to zoom in.Good looking little camera with useful stand also available which makes placement simple.Setup is easy but I haven't found a user manual to help with setup so I'm still working through settings a few nights in.Camera is good quality but the digital zoom lacks resolution when zoomed in. I've used a Leapfrog camera baby monitor previously and it had the same issue so I suspect the sector is generally lagging behind the likes of Ring.Battery on the monitor is good, no issues taking the unit downstairs for a few hours while on.Functions are good, the light is a useful feature but it would be great if it was dimmable as it's very bright. I like the option to change colour though. The graphics on the monitor feel clunky too, I imagine it should just use an Android app overlay to get a better user interface. You need to but an sd card separately if you want playback functionality but it's good that there's no subscription fee.Feels like great value for money compared with other similar units and it's often on sale.The customer services feels a little informal, for example you register for the 3 year warranty by emailing your Amazon order number to Boifun. This could be improved with an automated system.

The camera was overheating. Picture quality isn't great. It connects easily to the phone app.I returned it as found it dangerous around the baby (overheating issue).

Fantastic item and definitely worth the money, has you can check in on the app on your phone aswell. The first one ended up not working but they were happy enough to replace it.

We’ve been really happy with the BOIFUN Baby Monitor with 2 Cameras. The setup was super easy and quick, which was a big plus. We love that it gives the option to monitor via the included screen or directly from a smartphone — very convenient for when we’re not in the same room. There are also lots of customizable features to set up alerts, which gives us peace of mind. Overall, a solid and user-friendly monitor with great flexibility!
