Potent Schisandra extract. Could see a difference in my face, skin, and overall glow within 5 days of using consistently. Now I take it daily and my skin is supple and non-dry or cracking. No face breakouts either. Love it.

This is actually an extract and dissolved properly. I would suggest using a dose of twice what the package recommends to get good results. Since using this up I have bought some 10:1 "extract" which is nowhere near the quality and when it is used up I will buy this brand again. Great for clearing brain fog and restoring energy when the dose is right. Highly Recommended.

Too expensive for amt.

Super high quality and a great value compared to other Schisandra products. I drink it hot as a tea or add it to coffee.

I use this product in combination with many other nootropics to enhance my memory and focus. I don't notice any problems in the way that I feel, so it also seems decently clean. Most pre-made capsules don't make me feel great due to the added ingredients.

This product has none of the tartness of good quality schisandra. Would not buy again.

I have taken this in my smoothie for about a year. Seems fine to me. Because I mix it with other herbal root and berry powders I do not really know what it has done to me other than to say I am still healthy.
