These are great quality and a great dupe for Bala bangles. They are easy to put on, stay in place, and fit my ankles and wrists perfectly and comfortably. I use them in hot yoga and strength training in a heated room and they are perfect!

I like the comfort and ability to easily slide off one wrist and over to the other. I removed a couple of weights from one and they fit the other making it heavier - however on my food scale each weight is only 1.5 ounces. 8 weights times 1.5 ounces is 12 ounces - 4 ounces short of a pound.

The fact that these are adjustable as far as weight is fantastic. Depending on how bad tremors on a particular day or in a particular hand that can completely customize what I need. The velcro is a little hard to get open sometimes but I'd rather have that then have them fall off. Tske a couple days to get used to.

Got these to wear in the evening while tidying up and making dinner for some passive exercise. I wish I got the 2 lb (and I will) - 1 lb isn’t quite enough for me. They’re cute. Have the look of bangles and wipe clean.

I love these, I wear them around the house, and on walks. They are comfortable, low key (I didn't want something bulky that looked odd ), and they get the job done. There are so many versions of these type of weights out there, but often the prices is ridiculous. These are prices well and are of good quality - the perfect combo.

I liked the color, weight and purpose of these but could not get over the awkwardness. They were not easy to put on and after a few minutes of having them on my wrists, they felt sweaty and sticky. I used them a few times es but had to return.

A lot of ankle weights are uncomfortable around the foot, maybe it's me.., all the same, these are comfy, used then in the pool, they stayed secure, didn't rub weird.. we'll see how they hold up to regular pool use and taking care of them 😊Happy with this purchase!
