This is my first purchase so I can't say much about it's benefits that how much it helped me but since I started consuming it it has helped me in aiding digestion n bowls health.. Surely after consuming it for at least 6 months I could say something about the improvement of collagen n all.. But Good packaging n taste wise not good at all..also it tends to stick to the teeth n gums..one thing I noticed that it's not having that white colored tiny little bag inside it to avoid oxygenation.. I would be happy with the purchase if it was even a little bit affordable cos it's very much pricy..which surely affected my monthly budget😁
