Assembly Semi-Pro tip: Have 2 people to assemble, if you can. And use an electric screwdriver and an adjustable wrench. Makes assembly go much smoother and quicker. Chair: Yes, it's not easy to get in and out of. But, that's my trade off for how comfy it is once I'm in it. The pad: I'm not a small person and I find the pad is plenty comfortable. Almost 260lbs and I can't feel the frame under the pad. Maybe I got lucky. Size: It's a big chair and if you're using it indoors like I am, make sure you have the space for it. We have it in a small room and it takes up a good part of the real estate in here. Overall: I would buy another one. Totally worth the price. Just need a foot stool.....
