This product is quite pricey but it’s really nice to use. It goes on and spreads easily. I’ve got fed up with repainting my shed with Fencerite year after year. So repainted it this year and have coated it with this product. It’s been on a few months now and it’s looking great. Water just rolls off where before rain was taking off the colour too. It will be interesting to see how it fairs over the year.

Very non-drip. Hard to see where you've applied it, as though white, it quickly dries clear. It leaves a soapy (but dry) sort of feel. I've used it to do a new hen hutch & run, & it was touch dry, (on a breezy warm day) in about 2 hours, except for accumulations in corners & around steel mesh. It was hard to apply to the inner crevices where the wire mesh was slotted between wood panels - ruined the brush stuffing it into the slots. May use a more runny paint or varnish for meshed ares in future. Advantages; the golden pre-treatment wood preservative colour it arrived with was preserved, (don't know for how long!) as the cream dries clear. It was non-messy to apply, except the mesh panels. Not strong-smelling, & pretty quick-drying, so I could turn the panels & do the other side same afternoon. It may be useful for reducing mite 'habitat' being a plasticky sort of finish, & long-lasting.

Was looking to seal my shed whilst maintaining its original colour, read about several products before choosing this one....glad i did! Its like painting with PVA glue, soooo easy, did my whole 8x6 shed outside using half a pot, love that it only needs one coat. The wood looks wonderful, was dry really quickly and i tested the result with my watering can...the water just beaded on the wood, no soaking in at all! I now plan to use it to seal my sleepers and my fence. You can get the cheaper liquid version, but honestly, i'd go for this one every time.

Easy to apply to wooden garage side-door by brush. Immediately after application there were a few white streaks but these quickly absorbed into the word to leave natural wood appearance. 48hrs later there was a lot of rain overnight. The door appeared to be completely waterproof, and absorbed none of the water. Usually after rain the door swells and is difficult to open. Now with this product there is no problem. So it seems to be very effective at weatherproofing - great product.

Used for posts to support solar panels. Easy to apply and went a long way. Time will tell if preservative qualities as advertised but dry wood looks glossier and waterproofed.

I recently purchased Roxil cream for my Summerhouse. We found it nice and easy to apply. My wife used a paint brush I used a roller. (Long Handled). I am pleased with the result. Just hope it lives up to its 10 year. Not sure. Anyway nice product. Time will tell.

We put up a new fence during the lockdown and decided to protect it. Out of a number of products, we choose Roxil cream protection. It took us a while to brush it on, but only because the fence is double-sided. A couple of words about the cream. It should be applied and left for at least 24 hours, so it could be absorbed by the wood. First, after the application it penetrates the wood, leaving waxed finish. You can see and feel it that the wood became a bit glossy and waxed. Our fence was pressure treated, and 2 months outside was still greenish. The same was about the beams. After I applied the cream, the greeny colour has disappeared, and the fence acquired the deep, rich colour (similar to the that you get when the varnish is applied to the wood). It started to look like we spent thousands on the fence. I was waiting for the first rain to see the results. Obviously, Roxil cream gave the fence a waterproof quality. As you can see from the pictures, the water stays on the wood, and the fence is covered with the water droplets. Previously, the fence looked different: when it was dry (lighter wood) and during the rain (wet, darker wood). Now, the fence has the same deep golden natural colour in any weather. I had to buy 3 pots for all fence, but the result worth every penny.
