Great product, I've been using this product for around a month and quite frankly its much better than I expected. I've been trying multiple products for hair loss and I don't have high expectations when it comes to noticable outcomes but this product I am noticing a lot less hair falling out. It's easy to use and I usually apply it right before going to bed. After applying it feels nice and as it doesn't have a strong scent or feel sticky at all, it feels normal to use right before sleeping. Highly would recommend to others.

It does not work. The high price convinces that it must a premium, well researched product with efficacy. No it’s just an expensive scam product. Save your money, zero efficacy.

Nobody wanna lose their hair and I am one of them. I’ve been using this for about 4-5 months and this time ordered on Amazon to receive faster. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in the amount of hair on the floor and in the bathroom drain. I can clearly tell the difference every time I clean and also i feel like less hair falls out when i wash my hair. Also packages looking pretty good but would be better just make it compact so can be more environmentally friendly and cheaper. Little pricy but its working for me so saving a few pints a week and spending on this haha

Used for a year consistently - hair loss continued to progress. It had no effect

I have been using cosmerna for over a year now in the hope that it would meaningfully slow down my hair loss or halt it. I went into this optimistically and stuck to the guidelines strictly spending a lot of time carefully applying and rubbing in the solution. I even applied every week (which is stated as not required but I believe what they may have done in some of their studies). The honest answer is it simply was not that effective. It may have slowed down my hair loss fractionally but not in any meaningful way. As a balding male with AGA I would not recommend this as a viable treatment. You also have to remember that if it worked that well then this section with be littered with appraising reviews and the hair loss community (both hair loss suffered and Doctors) would be singing its praises. But they are not and this product is not really being talked about. Apologies to those expecting better news. Everyone is different so I would say you don’t have too much to lose by trying it. But if you are serious about stopping your hair loss. Sadly I don’t believe this is the answer.

have been parting my hair around 3years then i had found some loss hair from the top of my head in this september 2023. So i have googled which kind of anti loss hair products would be good for my head. Then Bioneer's Cosmerna caught my eyes because there is no need to see a doctor for hair loss medicine and it is easy to apply by my self. Now i have been using cosmerna for 3months, I can see some hair growing and gives strength to my hair i swear.

I have been using hair loss products for 10 years now. Started with minoxidil (stopped 2 weeks ago), finasteride (stopped using it 6months ago), derma pen (every 2-4 weeks), plus I have been doing prp, placenta, regenera at clinics which is very expensive. Now I have been using cosmerna for 2 months. There are no visual results. However, I noticed vellus hair at both sides of the norwood pattern, is now pigmented and getting longer. Also, 2 days after each application the hairloss stops and 2 days before the end of the 2 week period hairloss would start but not aggressive, this means the product is working. It's been 2 months only, given these initial results or outcomes based on the experience with other products. The end results can be promising. And the plus side it's not a daily application. What's bad about this product is the price. A price of 150-200 $ should be reasonable

It has been 4.5 months since I started using Cosmerna. I applied it once every two weeks only to the area of ​​the scalp where hair loss was in progress. When applying it, I paid attention to massaging it so that it was well delivered to the hair follicle cells. Hair loss has definitely stopped. My hair gained strength and became stiffer and thicker. I am very satisfied with this anti hair loss product. I will continue to use it. The 1st photo is before use and the 2nd one is after 4.5 months.

I tried this product hoping for results, especially after spending $400, but unfortunately, I’ve seen no improvement in either hair loss or hair growth. It’s disappointing given the high cost and the promises made. Sadly, this did not work for me.
