Fast and seems like new. Runs Windows 11.
I was pleasantly surprised that the laptop looked very much like new (look for "excellent" condition). Speed is very fast and Windows 11 and TPM 2.0 avoids Windows 10 end of life problems. You may need to know that the thicker Precision 7000 series will run cooler with extremely heavy workloads (video rendering, Linux builds, etc.) , but that is not an issue for most people. I bought this for my son, who uses it for browsing, light gaming, and email. He is extremely pleased with it.

Grrr
PC showed up covered with stickers to cover lid and palm rest surfaces. Part of their "refurb" process. Texture makes pc feel strange, worst part is the adhesive smells absolutely horrible. Found battery replaced with cheap non-oem Chinese unit. Only 3 of the original 8 screws used on replacement battery. Windows needed a clean install due to questionable apps installed

Fast laptop!
Love it! So fast, had a problem updating Windows but my laptop told me it had a problem! Fixed it and I’m good to keep going! I9 Intell solid state…great!
