DVD Player, DVD Players for Smart TV, HDMI and RCA Cables Included, 1080P Region Free DVD Player with HDMI

This is perfect for my grandkids. DVDs are expensive tho but my grandkids don't have wifi and this helps keep them busy while they are home. This is a great purchase and does what it needs to do.

I wanted a new HD DVD player so I can return to borrowing DVDs from my local library as the streaming services are now charging an arm and a leg (and not paying writers appropriately!). This DVD player is very good for the price.Some odd things about it:* The "OFF" light when player is off is silly and slightly annoying. Why not just be dark when off and have lights when on?* The remote control design is terrible/frustrating because the FF/RW options are down AWAY from the PLAY/PAUSE button. All of the standard control should be near each other!* The default settings for language use (subtitles or something) need to be changed (so that they are OFF). Why not default to OFF? Maybe this is for elderly? If so, OK, not penalizing for this in my review.* I turned the auto-play function to OFF, but it has reverted. I don't understand this, but, again, for the price, this is fine.Overall, recommended, 4 out of 5 stars.IN SOLIDARITY!

Very satisfied

This machine is garbage to the point I'd call it a scam. As the title says, it worked quite literally ONCE when I tested it out to make sure it worked. Well lo and behold, after the recent hurricane when our internet was down for two weeks due to having a terrible provider, we attempted to finally use it to at least watch a movie. Surprise! It won't even recognize that a disk is present. And big surprise, its now not being sold anymore. Gee, I wonder why? Never mind being region free, it plays NOTHING! complete waste of money and now its not sold anymore, hence my labeling it as a scam. The whole reason I wanted this was to play some movies that aren't available in my region, but were only made for a UK audience, so I'm not able to just use a regular player or find different disks. Seriously considering complaining to amazon, despite it being far past the return date simply because of how blatantly of a deception this is. Really wish they would crack down on these random, here today, gone tomorrow companies with names that look like somebody just smacked their hand down on a keyboard and called it a day. Thanks for nothing. Trash product, trash company.

Very happy with the product

Unhappy as I think I have a brick now. Does not play music or DVDs like it did about five times. A handful of plays isn't worth 28.00.

This is a pretty good DVD player. No issues yet at all. Picture is clear and sound is great. I would recommend this to anyone.
