Lovely soft faux leather, just what I wanted

Its colour is more a red than pink. The person I bought it for won't mind it being red. The product is described in the advert as "leather style". It's got written on the back "bonded leather". So I think it's a leather product. I wanted a leather product so "bonded leather" is good for me. I won't open up the packaging as the item is a present for someone but it looks that it doesn't have compartments for anything other than for a chequebook, like say compartments for credit cards. This is good for me as I wanted a holder for just a chequebook. It is a little "flimsy", as the other reviewer of the item described it, but that's only a small reservation to me. I'm overall happy with the product and with the quality and the price of it.

The cheque book cover is nicely made but the leather is thinner than I expected. The cover is floppy which means it can't support the book while you write a cheque.

The item was as advertised and does the job.

Case is to flimsy.

Stating ‘leather style’ is somewhat misleading. “What do I use it for”? …….Erm! Putting a cheque book in!
