I bought this for energy, mental focus & stress relief. Works great for all above mentioned. Despite what some of the other reviews say, this has a light & pleasant flavor profile. Delicious with or without a bit of agave or honey. The package seals & love the shape of the tea bags. I highly suggest giving this brand a try.

I LOVE that this comes in ½gallon pitcher sized bags. Very easy to use and pretty inexpensive!DO NOT add any salt when and if you sweeten this tea. For some reason the salt really brings out the flavor of "sick". I thought I was being clever I didn't and turning little pinch of salt to take out any bitterness... but it really gave it a bad aftertaste. Learn from my mistake and don't add salt!This teasan (do you word for "herbal tea") has become a regular staple in my fridge.

The healing properties by themselves are worth every dime and if you're not a t person the flavor can be a little off-putting but for me the health benefits outweigh the flavor

This is the best chamomile tea I have ever had and I'm 70. That's a lot of tea over the years. You get a lot. I've been sharing it with friends and they are just aas pleased. Treat your stress to some good tasting calm.

I had high expectations on the roasted flavor..it had none & tasted like nothing really. I myself did not care for it.. tried it as a hot tea cause I didn't want the caffiene. Didn't notice a bad or great smell. Did not relax me. I didn't think I could return it so it sits in my cupboard.

I bought this because I heard that spearmint tea is supposed to help with hormones, pcos, and hormonal acne. It smells disgusting, but it actually tastes good and mild. I don't know if it'll help with hormonal issues, so we'll see.
