Q: How do you know if bulbs are charged?

the bulb is designed for Non-hardwired light fixutres. the bulb can be moved from light fixtures for a new charge by detachable design. the red indicator will light up by 5V/1A charging and Red indicator will be OFF for a full charge. it can work 4hours at Max white light,but the bulb will not dim after working. pls get remote closer if stucked by signal interference sometimes. pls contact us by message for quick reply. tks.

Q: Will battery drain when not in use like other similar rechargeable bulbs?

yes, the battery will be lost slowly if not in use. so we add a sleeping mode for battery in 2023, it helps to hold a charge over one month. (actuall the battery will not drain up even if NOT in use for 3months, but maybe only 20 or 30% power left and it works very short if not in use for 2-3 months ). For sleeping mode setting, Pls press the RED button 3seconds on remote controller to complete when the the bulb is on. (the remote controller can not work under sleeping mode) pls press the switch button 1 second to close sleeping mode on at the bulb's bottom, then the remote controller will work again.

Q: What kind of charger do I use? I can’t get the lights to charge

it works with 5V/1A charger. you can make charging by power bank or USB port on sockets. the bulb will light up red indicator during charing and OFF after a full charge.

Q: Update on spare remotes?

Customer service was super helpful. There has been update on c cable charging but there was only one remote but this works on pretty long range
