MaxxHaul 50616 Aluminum Rooftop Platform Rack Cargo System 64" x 55"

Great rack for the price, I wish they made a longer one. Instructions could be printed on a larger size paper but all the hardware and parts were in the box. Super easy to assemble, took me about an hour from start to finish, the only thing I’m changing are the u-bolts hand tightening nuts, just replacing them with locking nuts to be on the safe side

the rack is sturdy and looks nice and accessories for the other brand named after a large mammal fit great and the price is much better my only complaint is i was missing some pieces i emailed the manufacturer about a week ago and still no reply i assume i wont be getting one I made do with the pieces that were missing because I wasn't planning on mounting mine the way they tell you to anyway but if that's the way I was going to go I'd be very disappointed

Missing 4 mounting parts. Reached out to Maxxhaul for the missing parts. I’m getting the run around even though I gave them the receipt from Amazon. I’m getting close to the end of the return window so I’m going to return it tomorrow.

Great product! Fits my Rhino Rack vortex crossbars perfectly. Good engineering, seems to be built well. The 64" x 55" size is perfect for the bed of the tacoma DCSB. I can now easily carry 4x8 sheets back from HD. I added ERKUL Adjustable Load Stops Mounts to Keep loads from shifting on the platform deck. All parts were included- easily to install. It would be nice if the U-Bolts that connect to the cross bars were stainless steel- they are soft.-- Much better price than the R-Rack pioneer platform rack (Oddly enough the R-Rack rack doesn't support mounting their own Pioneer Platform on the R-Rack vortex crossbars). Good option for a good price.

Aluminium pieces are rugged and thick gauge. Easy to assemble. Was missing the plastic brackets but the manufacturer sent what i needed within a couple of days. That's the only reason for 4 stars.

Holds up on my maxxhaul truck rack. Was missing the middle mounts. Didn't notice until a month later

I bought this mainly because I didn't want to pay the price of the Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform. I also thought the dimensions of this suite my 2015 Jeep JKU better. I installed the Yakima Ribcage and then bolted this directly to the Yakima rails. I wanted it to be as low profile as possible so I opted not to use crossbars or crossbar feet. This puts it less than an inch from the hardtop to the bottom of the rack. The finish isn't the best,but I don't have to worry about rust since it is aluminumm. Overall I am happy with thisnpurchase so far. I am taking it on a 4 day trail ride this weekend so I will report back if anything changes with my review on this.
