I love this press!! Very easy to use. I got the 12x15 just to see if I’d like it and will be upgrading to the bigger one. Definitely a great buy!

I LOVE IT!
After a terrible experience resulting in a return of another brand heat press, I was a little gun shy to try again. I'm SO thankful that I now have this one. It is easy to use, does a nice job and the price was very fair. The timer and temperature are easy to set and I like that it cuts off on it's own if I don't touch it for a while. That's a great safety feature. Although I did originally hope for a digital pressure gauge, I find the pressure easy to adjust on this machine. While it may not be what you want for large business, heavy use application, for a small business or home use, this is a wonderful machine. I also like that it came in white because you don't see the dust collect on white as easily as black.

Satisfies my needs presently
This heats very evenly across the platen . I use it for T Shirts and it's really great for my air brush work that heat sets at 330f for 30 seconds. I only get a 2 degree drop. But at 375f for inkjet heat transfers it drops faster and more but the good news is press time only ranges from 12-15 seconds. If you do longer presses at say 385 you might want a press with more amps. But this one does me fine and some transfer only require 350f, it would be fine there. I haven't had a single failed pressing though, all transfers have come out great. On a 15 second press at 375 I bump the temp to 377, half way through its at 375 and it ends at 373.Edit: I'm using now HTVRONT HTV for the most part, and also Siser Stretch HTV and HTV Ront printable sheets for dark cloths in inkjet, which all can press at 325f or so. Works for me and my wife as well. We're doing Christian Tee Shirts and canvas carry bags etc. If I had a want from this press it would just be a sliding bed but we do fine without it. I had one fail with Easy Stretch but found a video that says their recommended heat setting is too low, to press it between 320 and 330f, not 305-315. I patched that shirt up and made a second one, so far so good. The HTVRont products have never failed as yet using this press.Edit #2: I have no idea how many press sessions we've had now with this press, never mind the number of items. 11 month in now. I just wanted to report that pretty much everything we do now is around 330f and medium pressure. Still using the HTV Ront htv on the Cricket and also their inkjet transfers. But had the opportunity to use something different on a longer press time. And while the temp started dropping it only went so far then climbed back up the other way, then the press time buzzer went off. Even medium press pressure is much higher than you could do by hand and you can notice the fabric weave in transfers so we're right where we want to be. We have done light, medium and hi pressure pressing at this point. All presses have held up very well. I don't know how long it will last but no complaints on ours, professional presses cost multi times more money than this . It's not doing anything weird yet.

The machine stopped working as soon as the warranty ran out.
Buyer be very aware and steer away from this product. I am convinced it is designed to fail within a few months after the 1yr warranty ends. I contacted their customer service and had the worst experience imaginable. After explaining that it simply stopped heating, I was sent a video in Chinese language which seemed to be showing me how to operate it. It was downhill from there and continued over a period of 25 days. They assured me they would resolve the issue and basically gave me nothing but excuses in the hopes I would just go away. They went so far as to have me dismantle the machine (picture) and send them pictures (numerous times). In the end they told me it was the “controller” that was bad and needed to be replaced, but since it was an older model (13 months old!) they were no longer manufacturing that part and I should try to source it locally. Then they told me it was the “meter” that needed to be replaced. At that point I bought a different brand of heat press.

Works Great
I love this press. Just be careful with sublimation. Shirts burn very easily with this one. One of my sublimation transfers was 400 degrees for 60 seconds and my shirt burned. Turned it down to 380 at 60 seconds and worked great.

The size is definitely bigger than I thought it would be, but I have had no issues with it and use it everyday.

Excelente producto
The media could not be loaded. Es fácil de usar, se calienta muy rápido lo cual es bueno para ahorrar luz, y me permitió sublimar tazas muy bien, la plancha funciona muy bien para estampar dtf, sublimación y tranfer, muy agusto hasta ahora
