The media could not be loaded. I took a gamble that I could remove the ugly tag I saw in the other reviews but so happy to say there wasn't one! It's perfect. Luxurious and soft. Well made with beautiful stitching. The brushed look on the metal legs is very nice as well. Rollers are quiet and smooth. Plus it was easy to put together. Only thing I could notice is the back has a small gap from the seat after assembly. This may have just been how I tightened it.

These are terrific. They are comfy, although I'm not in them for long periods. They feel sturdy and secure. The vintage vibe that they give off gives the room a little character and they look great!

The chair was very easy to assemble. Clear instructions. It's pretty comfortable but it doesn't go down as much as I'd like. My feet don't touch the floor completely. I can deal with that. But the bright orange tag takes away from the aesthetic. Trying to figure out how I can remove without ruining the chair. My suggestion is to not have a tag at all or place it on the underside. If I had seen photos of the tag, I would not have bought this chair. Please post photos with this tag so others will be aware.

This chair looks nice and was very easy to assemble. Unfortunately it utterly fails at being a comfortable sitting experience. It is an absolute shame as the dimensions work very well with the shape of the back rest being excellent to gently encourage and support a proper sitting position. The chairs downfall rests solely with the inadequate cushion of the seats cushion, feeling like you are sitting on a hard wooden seat with a thin piece of foam laid over it. I really wanted to like this chair but feel it's just too hard for a work chair that you expect to sit in for long periods.

I wasn't expecting much for this price but was surprised at how well it was padded and comfortable it was. Assembly was simple and seems durable and not "wobbeley".The negatives: 1) when packaged at the factory, the plastic wrap they put around the fabric of the chair was taped to the chair itself. So, when the tape was removed, some of the faux leather finish came off with it! And 2) it has this ugly orange "Hermnois" product tag sewn into the seam of the chair on the right-side, midway up the back of the chair. There's no removing it as it's sewn in. It would be one thing if it was on the base section of the chair - but this is obnoxiously placed and clearly visible.

We had a missing part, the vendor addressed it promptly and resolved the issue immediately. The chair is great, I sit in it all day, it’s very comfortable and looks great too!

I was nervous about ordering this chair because of how few reviews there were. However, if you like sitting cross legged at your desk, you can't get a better option. I'm 5'2" and medium-sized and it hugs my legs perfectly when sitting criss-cross. I think the fabric selection is pretty luxe for the price and it was a breeze to set up. Would absolutely recommend.
