Huge improvement on old and discoloured thermostatic valves
Had boiler replaced and installed a new Hive thermostat. Didn't want Hive TRV's but decided to upgrade to modernise the TRV's on the radiators which are more then 20 years old. Easy to remove the old ones using an allen key and very simple to fit. Much improved temperature control than the old ones and aesthetically much improved!

Bought these to replace old Danfoss ones which were 15 years old. These fitted our old radiators perfectly and Woking well. Easy to fit.

Very high quality and clean design
I have a large number (16) of smart valves installed that are slowly becoming noisy and malfunctioning, after five or so years of use. To be honest, they are not really as useful as I thought the'd be. I'm a technophile, but I have to admit that smart valves have a limited benefit in practice; save for the initial novelty value (programming and re-programming the various rooms individually or collectively). I had to decide whether to start replacing them at £60+ a pop or admit defeat and get sensible replacements that will last several times longer, without batteries and the various technical hiccups. These Danfoss valves are perfect, at a third of the price. And they actually look better. Lesson learned - eventually.
