This is great for the money. My husband is 6 foot and 80kg and can run on it happily at 10 or 11 kmph. I am 5 foot six and am happy with the size of the deck. It runs well. The delivery guy was hugely grumpy .. Amazon said it was due Thursday and I would have worked at home but it came Tuesday while I was out. Then they came again 8am Weds before I'd had time to react to the note I only saw late Tuesday. . Anyway it is a good treadmill so I won't rate it on the grumpy delivery man..!

The treadmill had a problem after I assembled it. When in drive the machine seemed very loud with a grating sound . After investigation found that it had a bump in transit this allowed the drive part of the motor to rub against the frame. Being a retired engineer I managed to repair it rather than send it back. Since the repair I find the treadmill very good.

Impressed with the unit. My first treadmill so didn't know what to expect but minor assembly required was done in a flash and the running surface folds up so doesn't take up much space when not in use. It's easy to balance and wheel to and fro if you need it to. Really enjoying using it. In operation it's not too noisy and plenty of space to stride out when running. Not sure pulse metre works properly as always reads the same and haven't tested music through it but I have TV on to pass the time anyway. Delayed due to snow but seller part-refunded carriage which was excellent as I feel its excellent value for money anyway.

Product is not built very well. Had to use plastic tie wraps to help support it at the base where the bolts fit. After only 10 uses the belt keeps slipping, even when adjusted to full tightness. Emails F4H 3 times and had no reply. Very bad customer support. I would stay away from any of there product, just based on there customer support.

This treadmill is good but the stress of the delivery issues has ruined the experience. One man delivered it and it was too heavy for him to manage unaided. It was faulty and the replacement was delivered on the wrong day and left in the garden. It just about killed me getting it into the house. Rang company but surprise surprise they didn't ring me back.

Great value for money, machine appears to be well built and reliable, no problems ordering and delivery was within 4 days!! well done all who had a hand in filling and delivering my treadmill.

The machine is ok , and easy to put together , but a bit flimsy and over a certain weight will stop the belt.

Needs 2 people to lift and assemble. Easy to assemble but could do with a warning that arms for the dashboard move when lifted (I caught my hands in the machine). Also the dashboard itself looks a bit plasticy compared to the track. Not that noisy even at fast speeds. An undermat is essential.
