Nice and heavy duty. The coating seems like it will protect it and keep the teeth moving easily. It's been on a saltwater boat stored outside for a year now and no signs of rust which is really saying something. I wish I had bought one that would zip/unzip from either direction but that was my mistake.

My super warm favorite sleeping bag had a metal zipper in it that fell apart due to old age! This one fit perfectly, is very heavy duty, I put it in with my sewing machine. Easy to do. would order again if needed. Very reasonably priced. Good quality.

I finally replaced the zipper in an older down sleeping bag! The zipper is great quality, and went in without too much cussing ;). It was a good deal of effort, but I'm so happy to have saved this quality bag for another generation of camping and backpacking! And my kids are so excited they've been camping in the hallway for a week!

It's a zipper! Works like one, sounds like one, hell even sounds like one..... Though a marvel of engineering say 90 years ago.... No major advancements since!

They are heavy duty zippers and work great. Customer service was very helpful and fast.
