Better than a pack of peas
Bought this for my husband how suffers from lower back pain. Normally he borrows a pack of frozen peas from the freezer and he was a little unsure about the insulating effect of the belt. No need to worry the chill pack does the job without risk of freezer burn for my husband or spoilt peas.Arrived on time with the right amount of packaging.

It burst and burnt my skin.
Not happy. I have back pain so thought this would be a good purchase. No... First use and the think burst putting hot gel onto my skin. So now I have burns to my lower back...

Let down by compression belt.
The compression belt is of poor quality! It's basically a cloth holder for the gel pack. I was expecting a neoprene type material but this has no stretch and therefore minimum compression. Plus the velcro strap is coming away from the material already.On the upside, the gel pack is of top quality! I've even ordered additional packs.
