This pan is sturdy and perfect for a sheet-pan recipe, cookies, biscuits, and roasting vegetables just to name a few. I use parchment paper sometimes to help with clean-up. I never put this in the dishwasher. It cleans up nicely with dish soap and warm water. So far it has not warped and I've been using it for about 6 months. I would definitely purchase again.

These baking sheets are very well made and the finish is smooth. They are larger than the ones we have been using andhave a bigger baking surface. We like the height of the raised edges which are rolled and made well. We don't think you will regret buying these!! Five stars!!

We bought a pair of these pans which we then protected with a pair of Amazon-brand silcon baking mats (highly recommended; they fit the Nordicware pans perfectly). Done this way, you won't be burning on or discoloring your nice pans, and you will make them SUPER easy to clean. These are a nice weight--not commercial, but very good for home use--and well crafted. Even without the mats, these are great pans and if you know and understand the properties of aluminum, then you will know to treat them with care and clean them with products rated for aluminum. Caution: The internal wire/rod under the rim is steel and holds heat much longer than the aluminum, so be careful moving these around after the rest of the pan is cool to the touch.

I really like these cookie sheets. I choose to use parchment paper on them so that the cookies will slide off easy and I don't need to wash them in between an afternoon of baking. Don't wash them in the dishwasher. The coating on these baking sheets don't hold up when washing them in the dishwasher. I prefer to handwash them.

This review is for the Nordicware Natural Aluminum Commercial Baker's Half Sheet (2 Pack), Silver.Purchased in 2017. These have stood up to many uses. Not sure where people are coming up with the coating thing. These are pure aluminum. Discoloration of some kind from use is natural. Scratching of some kind is normal.If you want nonstick then put a very very thin layer of oil. Those of you that use cast iron know what I’m talking about. I guess some folks don’t put the effort into getting to know their tools.Hand wash. How hard is that? The company even says you should do that. People complain about how it looks after going through a harsh chemical bath are just not smart. Go ahead and get those cheap nonstick coated junk that will rust because they are in the dishwasher every time they get dirty. Then buy another set and then another.I personally would not hesitate to buy these again. I don’t need to because they will last my entire life since I take care of them. The price is amazing for what you get.

These sheet pans are so nice! I've made so much Texas sheet cake and sheet pan meals on the and it cooks evenly. Just don't make my mistake and wash it in the dishwasher. It totally discolors the pan. It still works great just not as shiny and new looking.
