Getting what it’s worth
I’d say it’s a mix between an action figure and a figurine (what others call statues). The arms can move up and down, the weapon can be removed, and the legs move slightly to help it keep upright. I use it as a display item rather than a toy. So I’m happy with it.

Less toy More Money
It seems to be how things are now. The toys are smaller and smaller and this is not an exception. Arrived as it said it would. My grandson of course loved it as it was a Power Ranger robot.

Product appears to have been used, with no indication of selling used product
The figure has multiple scuff marks and chips, and I also found dust on the back of it, indicating it must have once been sitting on display somewhere. However, there was no indication in the listing that I was buying a used product. Disappointed, but still happy to have the figure. The shipping packaging of just the bag envelope was also a questionable one, as I would think there would be at least a layer of bubble wrap or so.
