Excellent rice using last one month

Befach rice, found its a good addition to the healthier eating. It provides the taste of the normal rice to the diabetic patient with the added benefits of gluten free food. Its good for a rice-savvy person to consume in large quantity without worrying about the carbs intake. I liked the taste much and recommend it to be a part of everyday meal.
