‘Liquid IV Hydration Multiplier’ is now the only brand of hydration packet that I purchase. I had tried many other cheaper brands over the years, but never thought I’d be willing to pay the higher price for Liquid IV. A bag of sugar-free lemon lime flavor was gifted to me many months ago, and I've purchased many more flavors since. I use at least one packet a day and add it to my 32 oz water bottle. Before Liquid IV, I always felt thirsty & dehydrated no matter how much water I drank. Now, I feel fully hydrated after 1 water bottle with listed iv and the pleasant flavors help me to drink even more water.

I love the taste, great hydration

I was introduced first to a much more expensive brand of hydration drinks, and really liked the energy it gave me, and the fact that I was much less dehydrated. I have never liked most water, so don't ever drink enough, even when it is good tasting water. For me, it has to be ultra cold and served with ice and even then, it is not my drink of choice. (I have been forever spoiled by Portland Oregon's famous Bull Run water). I was introduced through samples to a very expensive brand that features more salt than usual, and has a lot of very unique flavors, so I was drinking much more water. However, I just couldn't afford that brand, so I was looking for a close second. Although I wish Liquid IV had a watermelon flavor, one of my favorites, and was a bit more salty, I can easily add a couple of sprinkles of salt, and the Lemon Lime and Lemon Ginger are both very refreshing. (Yes, I already finished my Lemon Lime and just received and opened up my first envelope of Lemon Ginger!) Maybe I have been brainwashed by the other brand, which preaches that most other brands do not include enough salt, but the only reason I'm taking off a star is 1) not enough flavor choices and 2) not quite enough salt. If those things are not important to you, then consider this a five star product!

I had been having some trouble staying hydrated, and I had been drinking a lot of a well-known sports drink (let’s call it CrocodileAide!). There’s so much sugar in that stuff though, and as many times as I have tried, I’ve never been able to stand the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners (even Stevia, which I guess is technically not artificial?). The Liquid IV Lemon/Lime sugar free drink powder is WONDERFUL! The sweetener does taste slightly different than sugar, but it’s surprisingly tasty and there’s no lingering aftertaste. I made it my regular drink of choice during the day for a number of months - but then realized that hydration drinks are not really made to fully replace water, and too much electrolytes in your system can be just as bad as too little. The other unfortunate thing is that the product has gotten popular and is now rather expensive to buy regularly. I’ll pick up a package of it for during the Summertime for a refreshing treat on hot days, though - it’s great!

The taste is a lemon/lime taste which I feel is ideal for my workout. Keeps me cool & hydrated.

This product is great use it 2 or 3 days a week for a senior who doesn't hydrate daily. Sugar free is as good as regular for diabetics.

Good product. Get the sugar free. Taste a little funky but works. Use while working out not after. Made me feel a bit jittery when i used it after a workout to rehydrate
