I was skeptical about this item as it wasn't coming from a 'big brand' but this filter has really gone beyond my expectations, it's quiet and pretty high quality, comes with sponges and is the perfect size and wattage for a 19L Betta tank. The flow is adjustable and can be really low or really high. Easy to take apart to clean and PERFECT FOR BETTAS

USB powered and pretty much silent, with an adjustable flow rate, perfect for really small tanks. The one downside of filters this small is they don’t hold much media. I cut down the sponge and added some pumice, and it has worked fine in my 20 litre planted tank.

The media could not be loaded. I’m really impressed with this filter, it’s small but perfect for my betta tank.I keep the filter on the lowest setting and it keeps my aquarium water crystal clear, it’s also silent which is an added bonus.You can see that the filter works as the media becomes visually dirty in about 2 weeks and needs cleaning.I like that is USB as I don’t have to turn it off when doing tank maintenance due to the low voltage.100% recommend this filter for anyone with small aquarium.

The media could not be loaded. I was initially quite unsure about this product as it didn't appear to have any reviews or ratings however I was not disappointed. Despite its small size it seems to put out a lot of water. The flow rate is variable using a small knob. The filter recovers from short interruptions to power and will resume filtering after being off for a long time given sufficient time ( I waited about 5 full minutes for it to resume filtering as normal). It doesn't make a lot of noise at all. Overall a great purchase for the price.

I found this product to be a little disappointing, although I decided to keep it for a small planted tank. The parts do not stay together very well and the motor has difficulty sucking the water up through the intake tube. It can only hang on a clean edge, so if your aquarium has a frame around the top to support a cover, it will not work. It looks nice and is very quiet once you get it working. I found it needs to be fully submerged to get it going and then you can hang it on the edge of the tank.

Item description says 12 pack. What you get is 12 foams total yes but only really 4 filter changes. For £8.99 at the time this is rather expensive. I was thinking foams for 12 complete filter changes. My advice is to buy bigger cut foams and cut to size. The filter itself performs great and ideal for nano tanks. Mine is on a 20L shrimp tank.

This nano hob filter is tiny and super quiet. I have it on a aquael nano aquarium roughly 10l. Really is tiny. while the included filter media isn't too bad I had some spare media that I swapped out. The only downside is the thin prefilter for the intake is a little thin and flimsy. I replaced this with a thicker one.The filter is usb and very quiet but fairly powerful.
