I’ve tried a lot of pre-workouts over the years, but Legion’s Pulse in the Rainbow Sherbet flavor really stands out. Flavor & Mixability: The Rainbow Sherbet flavor is surprisingly smooth—not overly sweet or artificial, and it doesn’t leave that bitter aftertaste some pre-workouts do. It mixes well with water, no clumps, and goes down easy. It honestly tastes more like a treat than a supplement, which makes it something I actually look forward to drinking before hitting the gym. Performance: The clean energy is the biggest highlight for me. With 350mg of caffeine from natural sources, it hits hard but without the jittery, cracked-out feeling some formulas give. The focus and drive kick in about 20 minutes after taking it, and I feel locked in during my workouts. The beta-alanine tingles are there (so you know it’s working), but they’re not overwhelming. Endurance is noticeably better—I can push through longer sets and heavier lifts without fading. Pump & Strength: The citrulline malate delivers solid pumps, and I’ve noticed my strength sessions feel smoother with less fatigue. Recovery between sets feels faster, which helps keep intensity high. Overall: If you’re looking for a pre-workout that combines great taste, clean energy, strong pumps, and focus without the crash, this is a winner. Rainbow Sherbet is definitely one of the best flavors in the lineup. 💪 Would absolutely recommend for anyone who wants a pre-workout that works as good as it tastes.

Got the Rainbow Shertbert and it tastes terrible, which is shocking with how good the Sour Watermelon Creatine gummies are. I honestly don't feel anything when using this product and couldn't get a refund. So I'm stuck with a terrible product that does nothing for me while trying to get a pump. Makes me worry about how effective the creatine gummies are.

Great brand, great product, flavor is too light. Needs stronger flavoring.

I've been using Legion Pulse for some time now. It's pricey, but well worth it. this last month, Amazon initially sent me the wrong item, and refused to accept any return. I was frustrated, chalked it up to seller error, and left a poor review of the seller. The next day, a representative from Legion reached out, offered their apologies, and offered to expedite me the correct item (with a bonus one). In our conversation, I learned that I was not the only customer who had this happen. Apparently Amazon mislabeled a bunch of their products and they're working on solving this. Their product is good (I've tried like 8 different preworkouts, Legion is the only one I've consistently bought) and the seller is the best. They're the kind of company you want to trust your money with, which goes a long way

I'm a grape fanatic and as long as it remotely tastes like grape, I'm all in! THIS HOWEVER DOES NOT taste like grape at all! The rest of the product is great which is why I gave it 2 stars vs 1. Product offers a great pump and I definitely had more focus and was locked in for my workout. Now the only problem is can I stomach through the entire tub of this god awful flavor.........Choose wisely my friends!! 8-12-2024 : UPDATE LEGION has reached out directly and offered a full refund. I applaud this level of customer service and will in fact give them another shot! Well done Legion….well done!
