Boot was roomy and fit well; it certainly met our expectations. In addition, there was some confusion over shipping (my fault) and Amazon pulled through with a quick delivery, just in time for our fishing trip. Thank you, Amazon!

NOT for Western Freestone Stream Wading
I purchased these because the reviews seemed good and the weight was right for an upcoming backpacking trip.After ONE day of wading actively (about two miles) on a freestone stream in Idaho and hiking approximately three miles - the inseam stitching on one boot was destroyed and two of the other three seams were beginning to come apart. By day three, three of the four seams were coming apart. A needle and para-cord fibers allowed me to continue using them, but the soles also wore significantly from hiking the trail and left these boots feeling like ice skates in the stream.I welcome a representative of Seasonal Marketing Inc. (the Caddis brand parent) to address whether these shoes were designed to actively wade Western freestone streams. THIS particular pair of shoes should have had a disclaimer that they would be best used while in a reclined position along a spring creek with a cold adult beverage in hand.

Caddis Wading shoes
I went to Alaska with my son, we both got these shoes before we left.After 5 days of hard wading( very hard) the stitching started coming apart on both sets of boots.They were very comfortable but should last longer than a weeek of fishing.
