The hoop skirt shipped on time and in good condition. It was just as described. As the description says, you will probably need to air out the skirt once you get it, because it really does smell a bit musty, or at least mine did. I knew the waistband wouldn't velcro on me, since my waist size is about 43"-46", but honestly the skirt still fit just fine, even with room to spare, even if it isn't as complimentary to my hips. I plan to patch some cloth over the velcro for comfort and then just use the waist band string ties to adjust to fit. I'm making an outfit for someone roughly my size, so I feel confident they will both be able to fit into this and utilize it well. It's honestly not even uncomfortable as long as the velcro has padding. I am slightly concerned about the long-term durability of the hoops, but they feel pretty sturdy and seem to bear up under the weight of even a broom skirt. I wish there was more storage instruction so I could easily reuse the packaging it came in (which was perfect and simple), but a quick YouTube search helps with that. The hoop skirt isn't extremely poofy, but I read the hoops are adjustable (I haven't tried yet and this is my first time using a hoop skirt) and the skirt is incredibly easy to move around and sit in while still adding plenty of rounding to the skirt. Overall, the product was exactly as described and expected, and I am incredibly satisfied with the purchase. It will do nicely for the outfit I planned for it. ^^

Works really well for giving form to a ballgown. I am 5’5 and 119 lbs. It fits my waistline but errs on the side of being a bit too small. If I was any bigger it would not be comfortable so I do not believe it is a one size fit all.

This hoopskirt is great if you are of small or average waistline size. I'm usually an XL in most articles of clothing, and it does fit... HOWEVER- the elastic around the waist (with velcro to attach) won't go anywhere near attaching. This, I expected. The shoe string they have with the elastic will tie around my waist, but my stomach sticks out of the skirt opening. The product is made well! I'm 5'1 and the length is quite short, even on me. Maybe it's because I have a big behind, but when worn the proper front-to-back, the front lays in a straight vertical line, and the booty area sticks out at an angle. Material is comfortable. Overall, I give a 4 out of 5 because I know "one fits all/most" usually doesn't work for me, but the price made it worth a try. I wont return because it is a good example to use when teaching costume design.- but if I really needed one I would have to return for one that's meant for big girls.

Bought as a gift for the kids dress up costume party. Worked great.

This did what it needed to for a quick Halloween costume with a lightweight dress over it, but is entirely unsuitable for reenactments or anything made from heavy fabrics like good quality velvet or brocade. The hoops are extremely thin and flimsy, one broke and actually worked its way out of the skirt before the end of the night. Can't say I'd recommend this skirt for anything other than cheap single use for unimportant events, although it was comfortable at least.

It was too small for what we needed. But if you don’t have a Cinderella dress, that would be fine.

Bought this to pair with my renn faire skirt and I swear I'll never go without it again. Hoop skirts were invented for a reason! They're built in AC, keeping you cool standing in line for castle tours and watching jousting matches.

It doesn’t look anything like the photos are advertising, it doesn’t flare out at the bottom, so if you’re going for a ball gown, look kind of like a princess, it’s not gonna happen for you with this purchase
