Everything I hoped for
The trophy itself came quickly. it's well packaged. The trophy is pretty hefty, has some weight to it. It's got little awesome toilet seats and toilet paper on the bottom border. It was relatively easy to message them and get the engraved placard which arrived separately in the USPS and I would just recommend to make it clear to them what formatting you want. But they got my formatting excellently. I added an awesome toilet snake to customize it. This is an awesome product and worth every penny.

Don't buy if you are wanting a custom plate.
Was pretty good design and quality but getting the plate customized was an impossible process.
