Heaven Official's Blessing: Tian Guan Ci Fu (Novel) Vol. 8 (Special Edition) Paperback – Special Edition, November 28, 2023

I saw a review somewhere that was dissatisfied with how much of this volume is arc 5 verses extras. By my count roughly 50% of the story is arc 5, which is a decent number of pages to finish off the main story. The extras are awesome bonus stories that function like epilogues - giving insight into Xie Lian’s married life with Hua Cheng. I wouldn’t have minded some more “heat” in the story, but I respect the author’s choice to stick to kissing and innuendo. This is a very romantic tale of true love that stands the test of time. There are moments when people imply that Hua Cheng is like a stalker - and he’s obviously worried that Xie Lian will think so too - but he never crosses that line. He is constantly self-sacrificing and basically unselfish in his love. He’s jealous, but controls that jealousy, especially when asked to by Xie Lian. There’s a belief that real love asks nothing in return - that the object of love owes nothing to the lover. I didn’t understand this when I was young, but it’s true. Hua Cheng understands it, but a stalker wouldn’t, so he’s definitely not a creepy stalker. The cave of 10,000 gods is more like the work of a biographer. :-)

I could hardly put it down. It gripped me from the moment I started it. I would sneak away to a quiet place, even put on an audio-reader on my phone while I worked. The adventure was stunning and the romance was sweet. The ending was satisfying and the extra little adventures at the end of the story were very welcome.

Recently started this series and could not put it down. I caved and bought the special edition on Amazon since it was cheaper and easier to get than the Barnes and Noble special edition. I would recommend this special edition over the Barnes and Noble edition because it comes with way more for your money!The whole thing comes with two posters, a sticker sheet, notebook, double sided bookmark, and all the previous volume full covers on postcards!I was so happy when this arrived in the mail and its beautiful quality :) for anyone thinking about purchasing I would totally recommend!I love Hualian so much (╥﹏╥)Would definitely recommend that you order this with other things too, such as books, because my corners got a little banged up in transit (the box did not have any bubble wrap included), but it’s not that noticeable ;) (I ordered mine with two other books for reference, all books were paperback.)Happy reading!

This book comes with two posters and a pop up card and a note book and 8 post art card and a book mark. It doesn’t go very in depth about them in the description but I will tell you right it is SUPER WORTH IT TO GET THE SET, yes it cost more but for big fans of this novel series trust me it worth it. Also the book and many extra items all came in great condition and were very well taken care of.

This was such a good series. I adore all the extras and the ending was very good. I will definitely come back and revisit this world.

I forced my sister to buy this for me for my birthday, and i'm so glad i did!! This is literally one of the best things ever for a tgcf fan, and totally worth the extra money. All the posters are so cute! I hung up the kissing one by my bed so i can look at xie lian and hua cheng every night while i fall asleep. My mom saw one of the posters and asked who the princess was (she was talking about xie lian) 😭 The little stand thing is also so cute. it took me forever to figure out how to put together, but i think thats just because i'm stupid. this is a great product though, if your thinking about buying it, you should!

This novel made me laugh, cry, angry, sad, happy, nervous, excited, many twists and turns. Touching on many issues that reach the human heart, mind, body and soul. Mo Xiang Tong Xiu gets my respect for bringing out so many of my emotions. Thank you for this brilliant story I truly enjoyed it! 😊

At first I had a hard time reading the first book. It wasn't catching my attention. But I'm glad I finished it. People who liked reading Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation, you should definitely read this one as well.
