I love having one unit that does both heating and cooling. The AC cools efficiently and the heat warms the room faster than expected. It’s perfect for bedrooms or small living spaces. Controls are easy to use and the remote is a nice bonus. Very happy with this purchase.

Works great but is extremely heavy. We had to change the plug in the wall.

What ever you do, don't buy this product. This is my 3rd replacement unit in 1 1/2 months. The first one (bought on 8/20/2024) didn't work as it made loud noised and the fan was hitting the shroud and something in the casing that could not be fixed. The 2nd one (replaced on 9/3/2024) replaced on received doesn't blow any cold air. All it does is blow hot air. I have a floral cooler in this small room and it is causing now my cooler to overheat. The 3rd one (just received today 10/10/24) is also broke. See the pictures above. You will see that the compressor isn't even anchored down. The grill is bent, the plastic shroud is broke, the case it sits in is bent and the list goes on and on. Now on with Amazon to have someone pick up the 2nd one and this 3rd one. I don't have the the box for the 2nd unit and the units weight 130 lbs. Lets see how the service is to resolve the issue to pick these up as I will never use LG again. Buyer beware if you are looking for a good quality product. What ever you do, don't depend on quality for this product. As a business owner, I have paid my staff to be on the clock waiting for the arrival to help with the install and 3rd time around with this type of product being poor and damaged, is really sad for the LG company.

The unit was packaged and delivered great. The mounting was a little different from my old unit but straight forward and smooth. So far it works great. We use it in our bedroom and the compressor is a tad loud but acceptable. Overall a great unit.

I was wanting to rate the seller but Amazon has apparently lost their minds. Seller shipped FAST. Thank you! I bought this prior to foot surgery because I have only had wood heat exclusively, and needed a good heat source in order to stay off my feet (not need to tend the wood stove) so wounds would heal. I live in an old farm house that has ZERO insulation. This unit was easy to install and has worked beautifully for the 2 months I've been running it. It has a smooth start/end cycle and keeps the temperature STEADY (no big temp swings like cheap units) and is actually pretty efficient considering this old house. I LOVE this unit! Highly recommend! If you can afford the more expensive, larger model and have the window size for it, that model might be a little quieter. But this unit really blows the heat out and heats well. I'll assume the cooling (which I tested) will be as good at least. If this particular unit isn't so quiet (it's not bad, don't get me wrong), it's because it's a large unit that works!

Arrived on time and was easy to install. Warranty was easytosubmiton line and it works great. Ordered this for my mom when hers went out and I live 700 miles away. Took here house temp from 99° to a very comfortable 72 within 30 minutes!

This AC unit is Awesome! Cooling my kitchen, dining room and my living room. And then heating this winter.

works great,dont over size unit ,big mistake on my part,,should have got one with 1/2 the btu!!, have had it for 3 yrs.
