It does feel cheap and breakable but it hasn't broken from routine use so far. It reads well and is accurate. The display is easy to read so the brightness is good. It performs well overall. It is a tad but small. It does fit adult fingers but would work well for teens/ school age pediatric patients. As for it feeling cheap/lightweight, I feel that's not an issue. I had a heavier built one that I stepped on once and completely smashed it. O.o This one just has a different type of battery so it's not as heavy as ones that take disposable batteries. I love that it recharges. I do recommend this pulse ox for occasional or regular use. Just keep in mind that it needs charged regularly.

As a nursing student, I decided on getting an oxygen meter for me to carry around while I follow and learn, this way I feel a bit useful. Has worked great and charge lasts for days.

DONT WAIST THE FEW DOLLARS THIS UNIT COST ITS QUALITY IS AS LOW AS ITS COST bought this in october 2025 usage varies sometimes charge system - the charge doesnt last long at all. Very erratic readings, it sometime wont register a reading two or three time in a row other times almost instantly. writting this review now because cannot trust this O2 pulse rate reading trie it and got a reading of 85 O2 and 190 heart rate tookit off put it back on and got reading of 98 O2 and 55 heart rate third time got 96 O2 83 herat rate ,and 4th test 97 O2 81 heart rate. went back to my old battery power one got 3 comsistate reading od 95 O2 and heart rates 78 to 81

I have a medical condition where I need to use this device a lot and it works so easy and accurate. Easy to charge and just put in your pocket.

Four stars because it’s inconsistent. Sometimes I can’t get it to read at all.

I gotten this because my old one was acting wonkers, the best part is that it recharges and no batteries are needed. It works well and better than the old one.

use it everyday to check levels

The O2 was dead on arrival even after charging it. When I got ready to return it the first option Amazon wanted you to do was use their instructions to troubleshoot it. Their first instruction was to press the on button to power it up. There is no on button on this model. It turns on when you put it on your finger. The next instruction if it still didn’t turn on was to change the batteries. This model is rechargeable so there is no changeable battery. After this I just simply started the return. I can’t say how the meter would have been had it worked but the troubleshooting instructions are terrible.
