Unfortunately, Jackery included an adapter to use to charge the Explorer 100 with (USB-C adapter), but it would not work with my Rockpals solar panels. The Rockpals panels came with a selection of adapters and one actually fit the Jackery adapter diameter, but I think it was too long. Bought this and plugged it into my Rockpals DC 5521 cable and it worked like a charm to charge up the Jackery. I hated that I had to get this to make it work, but now I can charge up the Jackery much faster.

I have an old barrel connector to charge a Jackery explorer 240. I upgraded to a v2 and it does not have a barrel input, only type C. This connector allows me to use my old barrel connectors to charge the new battery.

Tested with starlink mini with the 6.5ft barrel wire but it doesn't work. I think the arrow means it's expecting power from the barrel side and since it says input must be higher than output it won't transfer power the other direction. Otherwise it seems like a solid cable with decent connectors.

Trust me... for those of us who have SEVERAL Lenovos around, from the last fifteen years (really, yes, and still working fine... mostly as Linux boxes)...We grew accustomed to the YELLOW RECTANGULAR signature power connection from way back, which was the only one we needed from laptop to laptop incarnation for years... up to about two years ago.Then when the USB-C power connectors came out, we had to swap out power blocks around the home/office for a new type Lenovo coming in... That was not convenient for using old and new at the same time.But this little device allows for JUST THAT MODEL... leaving the existing 2009 power blocks in place, and just adapting the output to USB, for the newer more sleek laptops!Easy Fix, and SUPER convenient!!

Item works, gets a little hot when in use with my 135W power adapter.Sometimes the charge is not read by my laptop, but if you unplug the power to this adapter and plug back in, while the other end is still plugged into laptop, it will read the charge and it works again.

This adapter is a perfect fit for a Toshiba barrel charger and is able to easily convert it to USB-C for newer models. The adapter does not get hot even after a few hours of charging and there seems to be no loss of power. I've now handed about 10 of these out to users and they are working without any complaints. Worth it to avoid having to buy replacement bricks for newer model laptops!

Since the Jackery explore 100 does not come with an adapter to charge via solar I purchased this to connect my Solar Saga 100.It Works so well I purchased another one as a backup.
