This is a great product. This fits my old chair perfectly. Value for money, go for it.

I am happy with it so far. It was easy to install and it works smoothly. The only thing I noticed is that it sinks a few centimeters when I sit on it, but it doesn't bother me much. It feels sturdy. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a chair piston. Will inform when this breaks.

Waste of materials and money
Purchased this hydraulic gas lift in Nov2023. Fast forward 6 months in May 2024, the chair has started sinking again. Cheap product that didn’t even last 6 months after paying 479Rs. Never buy this product looking at the Amazon reviews. Very disappointed.Update: The seller reached out to me after reading this review and promised a replacement but went silent afterwards pathetic service.

It's smooth but not sturdy
It works but isn't 100% sturdy, it sinks a few centimeters whenever I sit on it. Now mind you this isn't a person's weight issue. i.e it doesn't matter if you're heavy or light it's gonna sink a few centimeters. Others seem to be facing the same problem. But thdn again it's not a big deal. It's manageable. Go for it if you get it under 500.
