I ordered this product twice. Once I paid and once as a exchange because the first one I ordered Didn’t. The control panels or remote were not responding to any touch..ironically when I got the replacement I had the same issue. Now I have two big boxes to bring to UPS..smh, I just asked for my money back the 2nd time. I’ll Go find a different seat

Have used it a few times now and it really works great. A 3-4 setting is more than enough for me and I love the time setting aspect. My period was so much better after using it. Highly recommend!

Bought it after a couple weeks the remote stop working they sent me another one and that haven’t worked at all I just let it go and gone find me a new one cause seems like every chair will have problems
