I bought this product for the brain benefits it claims. I have noticed increased concentration. I have purchased this product multiple times. It increases your dreams but for me never nightmares.

Excelente producto

I've used soy lecithin for years to bring down my cholesterol numbers, and it has worked at about 10 points per month for the length of time I continue taking it. I tried sunflower lecithin, and it didn't seem to do the same, so back to soy. It can have an odd side effect for women ,so perhaps it would be good to look up known side effects!

The product is great, too bad Amazon holds my products for over a week before sending it. I would love to know why if I place an order on any particular item, big or small and on any particular day, they hold it for over a week before sending it.

These supplements are very good quality and affordably priced.

This is an absolute must for breastfeeding mothers. I used this while breastfeeding and did not have mastitis or any plugged ducts for 12 months (my entire breastfeeding journey) buy this

I purchased Carlyle Lecithin Supplement | 2400mg | 240 Softgel Capsules as a recommendation. So far so good. My issue is: How do you rate a supplement unless you have lab testing? Do I have any side effects? No. Do I feel bad? No. I won't know how to rate this until I have lab testing. When I do, I'll update this review.
