Allulose Powder is a good tasting and healthy substitute for sugar.

Great for substituting for sugar
Allulose is great for baking. Uses 1:1 with sugar so no figuring needed. Also good for cookies where the bulk of sugar is needed It makes the baked goods brown on top. I was disappointed at how little was in the bag for the price. It was very flat.

They say “taste the same as..” Not true!
The video says that it tastes the same than sugar but it just healthier for you. Not it doesn’t. I use 1 tsp of cane sugar in my 8 oz coffee cup. Tried this ingredient. 1 tsp too. I could barely taste the sweetness!!!
