These worked exactly as promised when working on my laptop. I opened my laptop without damaging the casing at all. If you are going to work on your own laptop, you need these. I am sure they will come in handy on other products as well.

They do what I need to do to pry open the casings of electronic devices, but they are a tad slippery. That's a good trait for the edges that need to slip between the casing joints, but they could stand a more textured surface in the centers. I put some 40-grit sandpaper over a pencil eraser and roughed the centers just a bit to increase "grippyness".

Works well for what it was designed for. Used them to pry open a Lenovo and a Dell laptop without damaging anything. I'm satisfied.

I was skeptical that these wouldn't hold up but they do and they work great. Don't ask me how I used to open my laptops before but it usually involved a blowtorch and a half inch impact wrench followed by a visible trail of broken plastic and my own blood/tears. If you're on the fence go ahead and get this. I gave some to my close friends, I even give some to random strangers I meet on the street. Get them now before anyone else reads this review and it's too late, don't say I didn't warn you.

Use for prying open laptop cases. Work great without marring plastic surfaces.
