I really love this monitor. Easy to install easy to use. I feel that all new parents and grandparents want the peace of knowing that their baby is safe and sound...yet one can't be in the same room all the time. The AIVN Video Baby Monitor enables parents and grandparents to always keep an eye on the baby. It has infrared night vision, and two-way audio. It is small, compact, portable , and no wires to get in the way. If you need to cook, do the dishes, shower, or simply handle other duties in a seperate room...it can be done with peace of mind. Once baby grows up...the monitor can be used to watch toddlers playing or napping in another area. You will surely get a number of years use out of this and it is well worth the price. Great buy!

Been using this monitor for a year and a half now and it's been pretty good. As others have said it does randomly start playing music on its own, but for me it's only happened 2 or 3 times. Thankfully my baby is a hard sleeper so it hasn't phased him, but would definitely wake a baby that is a lighter sleeper. My biggest complaint with this product is the mobility of the camera itself. It only moves back and forth (no turning) and it doesn't even do that far enough to make it easy to position for a view inside the crib. I've had to move it a few times in baby's room and each time it is a huge pain trying to get it to stay in a position where you can actually see all of the crib. It's worked ok so far, but I will probably be replacing it when we transition to a toddler bed so I can more easily move the camera to see my child.

The music comes on for no reason in the middle of the night. I make sure that it’s off and the timer is off! It doesn’t work. Many nights my child is woken up and I cants afford another monitor. Do not buy this price of crap. It’s junk and you will not get any sleep. Unless mine is defective. It’s already passed the return date. It wasn’t doing this the first couple months. I need another monitor but they are to expensive.

Worked great but stopped charging after 11 months. Had to buy a new chord.

A year later, the battery didn’t hold a charge for as long as I would have liked. And now that I use it for baby #2, it has started randomly playing music. Very weird.

It is very mobile and easy to move from one room to the other. The battery lasts a long time on the monitor. It doesn't have to stay plugged in and we carry it all over the house with us. It works great in every room. The camera has a fairly long cord. Both pieces are light weight and we just move from room to room as needed. It automatically detects dark and switches to night vision. The image is crystal clear. . The monitor also allows us to listen in and there is an intercom function that allows us to communicate as well. The sound quality of the intercom is very good allowing us to clearly hear what is being said.

This is an amazing video baby monitor. Monitors temp in babys room, excellent night vision, very portable, reliable. I especially like that I can talk to the baby through the monitor and see him extremely well using night vision, even when the room is dark. We mounted our monitor on the wall above the crib. This gave us the best view of the baby. We plugged in the camera to the wall, and that was pretty much it, since the monitor already had some battery charge. The sound picks up very well too, and the buttons are easy to use. Good purchase!
