I was very pleased to find these, happy with the price, and they are good quality... I'm cutting into smaller pieces for my application and will be sanding the ends so they look like glass.

6mm diameter, not 0.25 inch as indicated in item description
I purchased these for lathe bar stock which required 0.25" nominal diameter. Application required close fit in 0.25" hole. Measured diameter was undersize at 6 mm (0.236 inches). Seller should update listing to clarify that this is metric bar stock, not inch bar stock. item returned. All other properties in description were correct.

Not 1/4
These do not measure 1/4", they are a bit under and will be loose in a 1/4" hole. The metric equivalent would be 6.75 not 6mm.
