I used this to make Dubai strawberries. The kataifi was hard, so I tried to soften it with butter, but it didn’t go as planned. I still gave it 5 stars because that may have been user error. I plan to try again, but even my first attempt (using Dubai chocolate strawberries) turned out tasty—so I can only imagine how good it’ll be when done right. *Pro Tip* Melt a lot of butter in the pan, but don’t put butter on top of the kataifi. It will harden and stick to the butter.

Super impressed with this brand & that it was already shredded for you in small pieces so you didn’t have to do the extra work to shred/chop it. It can be messy if it’s not already shredded so it saved me alot of clean up time. I also liked the texture and taste of it after it was crispy!! It was a PERFECT texture, consistency, and amount for Dubai chocolate bars. It made 6 bars & a little leftover for spoon feeding out of a jar. I love just eating the Kataifi with the pistachio cream too - soooo good. I will definitely be ordering again!

Great for making Dubai chocolate. You get a lot of candy bars out of one box. I also like that it's already cut up, all I have to do is brown it in a pan and add it to my chocolate. I'm going to be honest when I say I love the flavor but this is the only brand I use so I have nothing to compare it to. I have bed no reason to buy another brand.

I feel like it is very pricey for just a little bit of product. I made Dubai bombs. I feel like this is just way over priced in the big picture. Taste was fine but it t gets mixed with pistachio cream so I didn’t get a real flavor.

I really liked this product I recomend it I used it to make dubai chocolates and they came out amazing the other thing I liked about this product is that it's already cut so you don't have to cut it you just cook it and add it to whatever you are making.
