Great product! Comes in a practical package that opens amazingly and it allows to close again to keep for another time. The package comes with 10 servings so its Good for more than one time preparation. I made the chocolate Dubai and they turned out incredibly yummy. My whole family thanked for it.i wish I could keep once for a picture but no. We ate them as soon as I got them prepared.

The Eastanbul Dried & Chopped Kataifi Shredded Fillo Dough is good quality and works well for pastries, but it’s quite expensive. We ended up finding a cheaper option and didn’t buy this one again.

Excellent quality kataifi! The shredded dough is crisp, fresh, and perfect for making kunafa, baklava, or the viral pistachio chocolate bars. It’s easy to work with and tastes authentic. I love that it stays crunchy even after baking. Pros: Fresh flavor, authentic texture, great packaging. Cons: Wish there was a larger size option available.

I wanted to make the viral Dubai Chocolate bar for the first time and wanted to use only THE BEST ingredients. I used organic butter and turned it into brown butter ghee and fried these shredded raw Kadayif until they were toasted and golden in the ghee. Then I stirred in a 100% pistachio butter from Italy (no sugar, no oils, no milk). I put some milk chocolate in a chocolate bar mold and added sea salt & froze it. Then I added the Kadayif mixture and froze. Finally topped off with milk chocolate and sea salt again. Divinely delicious!
