I got this E-Bike and was really impressed with its solid build and how it performs. Putting it together was a bit daunting at first, but it wasn't too bad – the whole thing can be done in about 45-60 minutes. It's just about attaching parts like the front tire, handlebars, seat, fenders, and headlight. All the tools you need come with it, and the instructions are super clear, even with QR codes for YouTube videos to help out.The bike feels sturdy and is a bit heavier than regular bikes, thanks to its strong frame and the motor and battery. Despite the weight, it's still pretty nimble and easy to handle. You can cruise at up to 32 km/h (20 mph) with three speed settings, which is great for both city streets and easy trails.The brakes are top-notch – they stop you fast and feel really safe, even at high speeds. The gears switch smoothly too, making it fun to pedal yourself sometimes. It's like having the best of both worlds between an E-Bike and a regular bike.The only small thing is the fenders – they're not as tough as the rest of the bike, so you've got to be a bit gentle with them. But they're the right size for the big tires, which add to the bike's solid feel on different surfaces.Overall, this E-Bike is super sturdy and reliable. It's more than just a way to get around; it's a solid partner for your daily trips and fun rides. The weight is actually a good thing, showing how well-made it is. If you're looking for a durable, safe, and fun E-Bike, this one's definitely worth considering.

Recieved this for my birthday. After 6 months, can tell you its held up well, have about 150 miles on it through the winter. Whole family loves riding it around, you can really move on this! Rides good in snow and sand. Battery has held up fine.Needed to put slime in both tires, they both went flat relatively quickly after some trail use (maybe cactus). With slime, have had no further issues. Front forks seem to have gotten very stiff, so on rough trails the ride can get uncomfortable. Those two reasons are why I removed a star.

The media could not be loaded. Bike was assembled almost 90 percent when received. Details assembly instructions and videos are present to assemble. That was easy to assemble.Quality wise its a great bike. Paint job is done perfectly and the matte finish with vinyls looks great. The finish of frame joints is really good. Shock absorbtion is very good. Brakes works really well. To protect the deraillure there is a guard installed on top of that which is really great. Gears switching is smooth right out of the box. I don't have to tune it up.The size of bike is little bit bigger than conventional bikes. I am about 5ft 8in and can ride it easily. Seat height is adjustable. Weight wise its lighter comparative to other electric bikes and easy to maneuver.It came with LED headlight which is really bright. The other good thing is electric horn. It also came with front and rear fenders.Battery life looks really good. After few miles its still showing full.This bike is programmable. One can adjust the levels of pedal assistance. Many other features are controllable by going to settings using the digital display. Instructions manual has a lot of details and well explained but there isn't enough info about customizing the settings. However, details instructions can be found on internet easily about bike functions using display.In my experience its a great bike and a good value for money. I hope I can enjoy this for a long time.The only drawback that I would like to point out is the comfort level of saddle for me. Its not very bad but average. I used a saddle cover to make it more comfortable.

The ebike itself it functional, easy to assemble and great for travelling around. initially, I thought the advertised range of its battery was overstated, and that disatisfied me. But, Vivi reached out to me ater my initial review and were extremely nice, friendly and understanding, and even sent me a second battery. I find it incredible. This is the reason for a full 5 stars.
