I bought this after a video from Project Farm on YouTube comparing various brands of headlamps. This one in particular stood out to me as being very performant at a very fair price, and I have to say that it hasn't disappointed. It's plenty bright, and has 3 modes, 2 focused (one high, one low), and one broad throw that's the same brightness as the low focused option. Then it has a solid and flashing red for what I'm assuming is emergency use. Battery lasts quite a while on a full charge, it's easily charged with any USB type C charger, so most phone chargers will do. It doesn't support fast charging no matter how fast your wall charger is though. It can take quite a while to charge, however given that it lasts a while, if you simply plug it up after a particularly long session and let it charge overnight, then it'll be charged by morning and will last you for probably as long as you need it. Just make sure to turn it off when you aren't using it. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase, and if you've read this review up to this point, then you're likely already set to buy it, and I'm telling you to just go ahead. It's well worth the money, and even if it doesn't fully meet all your expectations, then at least you waste a whole lot of your money.

I love this headlamp. I've been using it for quite a while, and the first charge is still holding. It has made working in a dark storage room so much easier than when I had little lights all over the room. Wherever I look, it's lighted. It's also comfortable to wear.

Very good headlamp. Very good light to see work. Great to use for outside jobs after dark.

Brighter than I thought it would be. Intuitive controls as well. We bought this to use in and around water for fishing and crabbing. My kid dropped it in the saltwater the first night, just rinsed it in fresh water, let the headband dry out, and there is nothing different as far as we can tell. Also, we used it for over 4 hours the first night with very very little drain on the battery. It was still so bright at the end of the night that it was lighting up trees about 1/4 mile away. We bought 2 more so we didn’t have to share! At this price, it’s 100% a no brainer if you’re looking for a headlamp. FWIW, I have a $175 Petzl and this Lepro has very comparable build quality and nearly identical light output. Impressed is an understatement.

Good value when on sale. Good as a basic bright headlamp. Pros: - Strong bright light - Good value Cons: - Charger is wonky. Only works with some chargers. My Anker powerbank only charges this via the USB-A port using a usb-a to usb-c cable. It won't charge directly from its usb-c port. Only half of my usb-c wall chargers work, and only some times. - Charging port cover is super cheap and will eventually fall off. There's a tiny strip of silicone holding a small silicone cover to "waterproof" the charging port. I would not trust this in the rain. - low/flood is still very bright. Would really like to have a dimmer low setting.

Absolutely wonderful light at a low cost of $20. As you can see in the pictures, I have mounted this on my 20lb weight vest and I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER!! The angulation control can be controlled by either hand with many angles to choose from. This is very important especially if you are walking/running against the traffic. Cars do not appreciate having your beam in their eyes as they approah you and will quickly let you know that by high-beaming you in return. Adjusting the beam angle on this light is a breeze. The craftsmanship is of very high quality, especially at this price point. The cradle that houses the light allows the user to easily remove the unit to flip the unit and placing the control button to their dominant side as it comes located on the right side. It also allows the user to remove the unit from the headband for charging/cleaning if so desired. I found myself constantly wanting to play with the different settings as well as adjusting the angle because it was both fun as well test how well I could adapt to the terrain. As you can see on the pictures, with the light mounted mid chest level on the vest, the controls were also very visible and accessible vs. having them on the head. Perhaps one of the most valuable features of this light for me, is the ability to quickly illuminate a large space if I heard something or perceived a threat. With this Lepro lamp, you won’t need a separate flashlight to illuminate the outdoors as it is very capable to oblige. Additionally, it leaves both my hands empty and available for any needed task while keeping the light focused on any point of interest or perceived threat. Every time I handle the unit, I can’t believe how well it is made for the price. Wish all things were made this well. Since it was just recently purchased, I can only speculate about the longevity of this headlight, the battery’s charge life and whether it lives up to its promised parameters. I will update this review if I find out otherwise. It does impress you though as a headlight you’ll have for a LONG time. Hope this review was helpful. UPDATE 04.02.2025: The Headlamp has been a true companion on all of nighttime walks and just simply IMPRESSIVE! I noticed there was a price drop and I can not encourage you enough to pick one up. Considering picking up a second pair just as back-up. This light has certainly been one of the greatest finds of this decade!

Fungerar alldeles utmärkt. Har dock inte provat att ladda den via laddporten på själva lampan utan använder en externa batteriladdare. Fungerar med18650 batterier med eller utan skyddskrets.

With winter at our Canadian doorsteps, we get less daylight and it makes trail running difficult after the workday. I was looking for good headlamp that would not break the bank so I settle on this one after seeing a review on you tube Project-farm channel. It had good features, and looked well made. The price was right and the removable battery is included. So I got to test it yesterday and frankly, I'm impressed. It looks and feel solid. I was able to make my 5km run on the low setting without any problems. The lamp stayed in it's place and was very comfortable to wear over a beanie. I did not feel any heat from the lamp and didn't notice any degradation in the brightness like some other lamps have. Over all, it's an extremely versatile headlamp, with it's high/medium/low spot beam, a broad beam and red light and USB C charging port. I will surely use it when going camping. Only downside, it doesn't remember the last setting.

Very good headtorch, extremely bright and well built. I was using it in a completely pitch black indoor setting, and when I had it pointing upwards towards the ceiling I had comments saying that it was like turning an actual light on to the room! Easy to use, with multiple light settings. Comes semi charged, had to top up so it was fully charged before going out so can't comment on a full charge rate. Extremely happy with my purchase, competes with higher priced headtorches for sure. Would recommend.

Versand war schnell, Ware ordentlich verpackt. Ich habe mir die Lampe angeschafft, da ich in einem Brunnenschacht einige Installationsarbeiten erledigen musste. Die Lampe macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Das Stirn-Kopfband ist breit und der flexible Textilstoff fühlt sich gut an. Das Band ist gut einstellbar. Durch die Rastereinstellung kann man die Lampe einfach für seinen Zweck fixieren. Der Schaltknopf ist gut tast- und schaltbar. Das Licht ist für meine Zwecke absolut ausreichend. Wenn die Haltbarkeit jetzt auch noch passt, erhält man für den Preis eine ordentliche Kopf- Arbeitslampe.
