Very well-made product
I have a 10 x 20 shed on a slope. The center was starting to sag. I use this jack to lift it up and put some leveling stone in the center. It had no problem whatsoever. I don’t know when I’ll use it again, but it was worth what I paid.

Great quality and price!
This farm jack is HEAVY DUTY. The quality is apparent as soon as you open the box - which was packaged well for a heavy product. There is a lot of value in this tool as it is made to last a lifetime. I would recommend this to anybody looking for quality at a great price.

VEVOR Jack Gets the Job Done
Picked up the VEVOR 48" Farm Jack for a tough job—pulling out old fence posts—and it worked like a champ. Solid construction, plenty of lift, and no drama. 💪 What Stood Out: - Strong & Reliable: Handled stubborn, buried posts without bending or slipping. - High Lift Range: The 48" height gave me all the leverage I needed. - Versatile Utility: While I used it for fence posts, it’s clearly built for a range of heavy-duty tasks around the farm or yard. - Good Value: For the price, it’s a serious tool that delivers. 🏁 Final Verdict: If you’ve got old posts to pull or heavy lifting to tackle, this farm jack is up to the task. Worked great for me—and saved a ton of time and effort. Want a title to match the muscle and utility? I’ve got a few strong contenders.

Lube before use.
I read the posted reviews here before deciding on the Vevor 48" farm style jack. One review stated the up down lever failed right away. I did not see any defects in the lever on mine, it functions correctly. Right out of the box the lever required considerable effort to move to lowering position, a small amount of wheel bearing grease improved ease of use greatly. I did grease the main pins, the 2 that make it function. The two nubs to lock handle on storage position needed lube too. Several times I saw instructions were reviewed negatively, this was not an issue for me. The instructions that came with unit were adequate, and feel that anyone could read and understand. I also purchased a base and handle keeper from Seven Sparta. The handle keeper fits over the main upright but does not fit over the rubber grip in Vevor handle. The metal base on Jack is just a bit to wide for Seven Sparta base stand, see picture. I may remove Jack base and see if bending the angled sections more will improve the base fit. Arrived decently packaged, fully assembled with foam blocks securing. All in all I think it is a good value, for a tool I hope not use off roading, but believe will do the tasks it is designed to do.

Jack works, customer service team works harder
Let me start off by saying initially I had a pretty bad time when my jack showed up with a bent pin that made it inoperable. I contacted the seller, and they were fairly quick to attempt to fix the problem promising to send me the part free of charge. After a little over a week, the part came in, and it was the wrong part. I alerted them to this and reiterated the part I need, they told me they were very sorry for the confusion/mix up and will send me the right part ASAP. A few days go by and they reach out to me to tell me that the part is not in stock, but because it's already been so long they want to send me another farm jack at no cost to make this right. I agreed and kept my discontent to myself from just wanting a working jack. I just received the second jack, and it's working great, no bent or broken parts. Now that I have a working unit, it seems easy enough to use, but I'll try to remember that these types of jacks are dangerous. This was honestly the best value overall when looking for a jack, and if nothing else, their costumer service seems to be trying really hard to make things right.

VEVOR Farm Jack 48 inch Utility High Lift
I was using a neighbors jack for a while but finally decided to buy my own. This is a pretty heavy duty unit. It has a great fit and finish and works as expected.

VEVOR FARM JACK – DISAPPOINTING QUALITY & DIFFICULT TO USE
I had high hopes for the VEVOR 48” Utility High Lift Farm Jack with its 7000 lbs capacity, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a frustrating and unreliable tool. From poor quality to stability issues, this jack is more of a headache than a helper. ⸻ NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL – FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF Straight out of the box, there were zero instructions. A farm jack isn’t exactly a simple tool for beginners, and without a manual, it took way too long to figure out how to operate it safely. A product like this shouldn’t require guesswork. ⸻ HEAVY, CLUNKY, AND HARD TO USE I expected a farm jack to have some weight, but this one is exceptionally heavy and difficult to maneuver. The mechanism is stiff, and getting it to engage properly takes too much effort. Even after lubricating it, the operation was still far from smooth. ⸻ UNSTABLE & UNSAFE The biggest problem? It’s not stable at all. Once I finally got it to work, the jack felt wobbly and unsafe under load. If you’re using this on uneven ground or trying to lift something heavy like a truck or tractor, be extremely careful—I wouldn’t trust it for serious work. ⸻ HOOK ATTACHMENT DOESN’T EVEN FIT Another major flaw—the hook attachment isn’t the right size. It barely fits into place and doesn’t lock in securely. A tool designed for heavy lifting needs properly fitting components, but this feels like cheap, mismatched parts thrown together. ⸻ BUILD QUALITY FEELS CHEAP Despite its heavy weight, the construction feels low quality. The paint job was already chipped in places when it arrived, and some of the components feel roughly finished, as if there was no quality control. Not something I’d expect from a heavy-duty tool. ⸻ NOT WORTH THE PRICE – LOOK ELSEWHERE For a tool that’s supposed to be reliable in tough conditions, this jack falls short in almost every way. No instructions, hard to use, unstable, and poorly made—I wouldn’t trust it for serious work. Spend a little more on a better-built, more stable jack.

I bought this to pull some bamboo out of the ground and it didn’t work as I expected but it did work in the end. I tried to use this to set up a choker on the bamboo and pull it out, as it’s shallow rooted, but all that happened was the choker just slipped up the canes. Eventually I dug under the bamboo and put the jack in the hole, and then used the jack toe to lift the bamboo up and out of the ground. It worked well and has loads of power. It’s very heavy and tough, but check all the pins around the lifting mechanism are in place as one fell out on me and needed proper securing.

Pulled out 17 cedar tree stumps in 2 hours. On top of the jack, purchased a jack base, a 5 ft chain, and built a tripod with two 2x4s. Minimal effort, very good quality farm jack and extremely easy to use. Get one if you need to pull tree stumps or posts.
