Been battling this forever and I had tried everything-prescriptions, over the counter creams, antibiotics, every latest acne soap and gel and cream that was the new miracle cure-you name it I tried it. I never saw even the slightest improvement and had given up. I accidentally came across this on amazon and read the review-this worked and I am not going to post photos as that's a bit too personal (maybe if it was anonymous!!! I didn't want to even review this because its not anonymous but I wanted to help somebody who is suffering the same as I suffered so here I am!!) There is hope-I have just finished my first bottle-I went straight to level 2 (I skipped level 1 as my problem was THE WORST that I could see on any photos on here so I went straight to level 2) and I started once a day (I used actually 2 drops instead of 1 but maybe because I have a larger area to work with!!) and after a few days I didn't notice any bad reaction or rash or anything so I went straight to morning and evening applications (in other words 2 applications a day). Now, I must say here, for the first 2 weeks I also used Hibiclens in the shower because I read through other reviews from people to combine the 2 products (that's how you know this review is genuine because those 2 products are unrelated) but it made sense to use the hibiclens becuase it kills bacteria and is used in hospitals. People this problem is NOT ACNE it is folliculitis so why could the various doctors etc not just figure that out all these years-why did i have to discover that via Amazon reviewers?! REGULAR ACNE PRODUCTS NO MATTER WHAT IS IN THEM OR NO MATTER HOW STRONG THEY ARE DO NOT WORK FOR FOLLICULITIS-THIS PRODUCT DOES AND HIBICLENS KILLS THE BACTERIA SO THE 2 TOGETHER ARE AN UNBELIEVABLE AND FAST-ACTING COMBINIATION! So i replaced my usual shower gel with hibiclens (small bottle of the foaming hand pump type) for the affected area for the first 2 weeks (not extra washing-just i washed in my usual shower) and when that ran out I just continued on with this serum-so I know that it wasn't just the hibiclens that worked alone because as time went on (after I had stopped using the hibiclens) everything-every single blemish-and then after that the dark scarring too-JUST DISAPPEARED!!! I am afraid not to keep using this because I can never ever go back to before. So for those of you suffering-there is hope. This is pricey but my god it is an absolute miracle in a bottle and If I had the courage I would post photos but believe me I had THE WORST case of this and now I am totally blemish free.Hopefully this helps somebody. This was very fast for me so I think if you order and want fast results then buy Hibiclens on here too (I bought a small foaming bottle so I could just pump into my hand and wash in the shower easily) and go straight to level 2 and as fast as you can onto two applications a day and rub on entire area not just where you have the blemishes (it tells you on the bottle anyway to put on entire area but I am just echoing that because I think it needs to kill bacteria in whole area to work-i am guessing, I am not a scientist!). It is november 30th -I think if you started using in next few days you would probably see a huge improvement by Christmas so I hope this makes somebody's Christmas and I didn't put it all out there for nothing LOL!!!!

I felt I had to write a review on this product for those that suffer from persistent scalp folliculitis. Although it does not have an indication for scalp folliculitis, I decided to try it as such because I have tried EVERYTHING for this condition. I have tried creams, ointments, shampoos, antibiotics, etc etc as my condition was moderate to severe. I was skeptical at first because of the cost, but decided to give it a go because I paid astronomical amounts of money on all of the other "remedies." The other remedies did have some efficacy, but usually was short lived. I would get the large scalp pimples or folliculitis because I work out and live in a warm climate and the sweat, in my opinion would cause these. It was very embarrassing especially when I went for a haircut as it was hard for the barber to cut around the breakouts. With my breakouts, I usually would have one or two pimples and once it started , after a few days it would be between 10 and 20 pimples throughout the back of my head especially the lower scalp line. After reading the reviews I decided to try it along with Hibiclens as others had done. I would wash my hair at night with an anti-bacterial shampoo and the affected area with Hibiclens. After towel drying I would put the product on the affected areas and around the back of my head and leave on overnight. Within 3 days the pimples were drying out without drying out my scalp too bad. At that time I had roughly 10-15 pimple spots. Three weeks later, I have had NO NEW breakouts and all the pimples have dried out. Even my barber was surprised . I only hope that it continues and I do my daily routine at night and will continue to do so. I did not experience severe drying on the back of my head nor any other side effects. I know everyone is different but for those that have suffered a condition like mine for decades as I have, I can only say praises of this product. I hope it helps all of those that experience the same condition as I do. Finally a product that works!!! Ordering my second bottle and would pay any amount for the results I have gotten. A $30 bottle has done what thousands of dollars on other things could not do.

I started with Level 1 back in early summer and it worked well. It took some really dark almost black spots to a dark brown and medium brown level. Now I’ve moved in to level 2 using it in the same thicker skin areas. I’ve used this 3x now. 1st time was at night only. Then followed it up the next morning and night 2x in a row. I then stopped just to be safe and give my skin a rest. When I took a close look at the areas a few days later I could see the dark brown spots are now medium and the medium are getting to be light. Some of the light spots have almost faded completely. These are all from hair bumps which are annoying and up and down various parts of my leg and thigh. I never thought I’d show my legs again but now I see there’s a chance. It’s worth it as it’s much cheaper than the dermatologist and for me it seems to work as fast.I’ll update again after some more time and share how the dark and medium spots continue to advance /fade.Update: 4/3/19. This product is still working. My skin still is improving. It’s not the fastest but is faster than others IMO, but consistency does pay off. There are no more super dark almost black spots anywhere now. Some lighter spots are completely faded in one leg and the other leg is super light brown spots. These are fading really well too as they were really dark. I’m thankful to have found this and think I’ll get one more bottle and the body wash for next time. I think after that combo my skin will be summer /bare all ready once again.
