Bought this for my mom as a birthday gift and let me tell you guys it's so good that everyone uses it in my family. This product is easy to use, has a good battery backup and it at a reasonable price. I mean it's a good product for mom and ded specially. It gives them relaxation, pain relief, there are multiple vibration levels and it's easy to carry. I love this product. Thank you team Lifelong and Amazon.

Obviously for the price it is probably good. But it doesn't really do the job well. It's too lightweight that it really doesn't massage well and probably wouldn't help for recovery that much.
