Will this work on my 2017 Toyota Highlander??

I have a 2015 Toyota Highlander and it worked perfectly.

Is price for a pair or single tow hook?

it is for a single tow hook. I purchased two to tie down my two kayaks on the roof of the car

Anyone know the thread specs on this? I'd like to fabricate a part with a bracket instead of an eye hook.

It should be a M14x1.25. that's the thread size on the aftermarket replacements.

I see someone responded that it works on a 2017 Highlander but I don't see a place to put it. I don't see a removable plastic door on my bumper?

on my 2016 toyota highlander there are 2 small rectangular access covers on each side of the front bumper which can be popped off to access the insert points for the towing eye. It seems that the 2017 should have the same configuration.
