Disgusting taste
This stuff is over-priced and has a disgusting taste. The main thing is that it constipated me for a week. I will not be using the remaining :5 packages.

It works.
This is equal to another brand I used. This one tastes better to me. It tastes like orange. The other brand is flavored to taste like lemon-lime. Both seem to be priced too high, but they both work to raise sodium levels.

Small packets of mustard placed on the tonge helps to stop the cramping.
I is really too soon to give a true review, but so far I believe it is helping relieving cramping in my feet, legs, and hands
