Awesome
I just used this for the first time and have never gotten this kind of leg pump off of 20 bodyweight squats and 20 bodyweight lunges. I definitely will recommend this product to others. My only complaint is that I did not receive the workout booklet that was supposed to come with the product. Can you please mail it to me?

They serve their purpose. I have no idea what ...
They serve their purpose. I have no idea what the numbers on the bands are for as they do not help you guage or adjust the pressure/restriction in any way and I also have no idea what purpose the little elastic loops serve.
