I only leave reviews when product is very poor or excellent. This purchase was not the greatest. Size is on the smaller size, be sure to size up. The worst part is the top rolls down making a muffin top when ya didn’t have one at the top! Kept the product. I didn’t want to go through the return process. Not the greatest! Save your time and money. It’s best to try this product in person to try immediately before purchasing.

I purchased for my wife to help her control and to learn to hold in the stomach as you exercise. This product is great for remembering to hold in tummy to learn better posture and waist line control to keep tummy taute and back straight.

Comfortable to wear

I wouldn't purchase this again bc it's not the best quality or really helps at all. If you want good shapewear don't waste your money on this. It rolled down and was hassle all day. Maybe under jeans but not the best for dresses. Sized up & the fit was accurate. Just wasn't what I liked .
