I love Bach remedies. Elm is a great help in phases when we feel overwhelmed amd feel that it’s too much and we will never make it through. It helped me a lot in the past weeks. Bach is a very reputable brand for tinctures. I have taken several of their products in the past, and this one tastes so nice compared to what they normally offer. It has a light floral/fruity taste. The bottle is small and easy to take with. I am not 100% sure if it actually makes a difference, but I like it regardless.

I like these small bottles of Bach remedies. They are easy to take on the go in a purse or to take a bunch with you when you travel. You only need to use a few drops at a time, so this bottle does last despite it's small size. I can't say if this homeopathic remedy actually works or of it's the placebo effect, but frankly, if you feel you get results, then that is all that matters.
